Review on Sceptre E225W 19203R Monitor Speakers Metallic 60Hz, Blue Light Filter, Wall Mountable, Built-In Speakers, ‎E225W-19203R, HD by Sudipta Norman

I gave this three stars because I think it's probably a decent monitor, especially for the money, but I haven't used it and was tempted to give it one star due to my issues. I ordered two of these with Prime Early Access for just under eighty dollars each. I ordered two because I have a mixed bag of incompatible monitors and wanted two that would fit my setup. However, I had to pay attention to Matthew M's review because the monitors I received have the SAME model number, but they are DIFFERENT. One says "very thin bezel" and has a 21.5-inch screen size, while the other says nothing about the bezel, has significantly thicker bezels and has a 21.45-inch screen size. They are SIMILAR but when placed side by side they look markedly DIFFERENT which completely contradicts the goal I had when ordering two 'identical' monitors of the same model. Revain says they've had other customer complaints about it, but Scepter doesn't differentiate between monitors and assigns them the same model number. They (Revain) recommended I order a third monitor and if it matches one of the others I can send the extra one back. So if you need two of these monitors and you want them to match, you'll need to order three, just in case. Unless Scepter decides to release a third style with the same model number, in which case you may need to order four. Update: I declined and sent them back, it was too difficult to get two of a kind.
