We are a family that loves RC cars, trucks, drones, etc. We can do things together as a family and also play alone. As far as drones go, we only started a few years ago. We stick to the entry or intermediate level for a number of reasons. Difficulty level, ease of use, age of the children and price. I was looking for one to add to our pair and chose this one because of the lights. Yes, I know, an odd reason, but our others didn't have lights like that. We only run them on our property or my husband's family property where they hunt and camp. This drone looks really amazing flying through the night forest. We don't fly it too far or too high so we can always see where it is. It has many of the cool features and specs that more expensive drones have, but is a lot cheaper. Supplied with 2 batteries. Each runs about 20 minutes. To be on the safe side, we change them every 15 minutes. Instead of going into all the specs for you to peruse, I'll just mention a few of our favorite features. Obviously the lights. Children call it UFO at night. The Palm feature is my favorite. I can actually fly/control the drone with my hand. It's like magic. My husband loves doing this flip. Children love filming themselves from above. This is a fun drone and my favorite of the ones we have.
