Great product. (POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!) Easy to install, no tools required. All functions work perfectly. On and off, six settings to choose from. This showerhead replaces the over 30 year old Water Pic. I won a 2nd prize with a 50% discount on my purchase. Try to claim the prize, I'm being redirected to Facebook customer service. There is no such page on Facebook! I can't claim my winnings.
