This computer is inexpensive and lightweight. It comes with an annual Microsoft Office subscription. It works. It does NOT have enough internal storage for a Windows 10 OS upgrade. I removed most of the malware INCLUDING using the DOS prompt to remove system files that were inaccessible with the wizard - it still was Not enough memory available. I store EVERYTHING I'm allowed to on the SD card - still out of space. Shoppers, I use this laptop 90% of the time to shop online and pay bills. Literally most of the time when this computer is on I have my browser open and NOTHING ELSE. The remaining 10% must use MS Office software. It is, and I'm experiencing a severe lag. I switched to this from Google Cloud Laptop to restore MS Office functionality - not worth it. The only solution now is to upgrade my internal storage - a prohibitive price that defeats the purpose of buying a computer in this price range. Hear us how low memory this thing is and choose something else.
