This computer is inexpensive and lightweight. It comes with an annual Microsoft Office subscription. It works. It does NOT have enough internal storage for a Windows 10 OS upgrade. I removed most of the malware INCLUDING using the DOS prompt to remove system files that were inaccessible with the wizard - it still was Not enough memory available. Because of bad reviews I hesitated to buy this computer. However, this computer works great. It's light, surfs fast, comes with Office 365, delivers great picture quality, decent sound and long battery life. I bought a 64GB Samsung SD card for this product and changed the storage settings to always save to the SD card. I also had a wireless mouse, so I can't comment on the touchpad. Right out of the box I liked the laptop for its smoothness, aesthetics, I love the pink color. There is no backlit keyboard that I was aware of when I bought it, which suits me perfectly.
