The fabric is soft and the fit is flattering. I plan on adding a belt to help enhance the waist a little. The only thing that bothers my is how the pockets lay. They tend to bunch up after sitting and don't stay flat. Not really a huge problem as I like to walk with my hands in them, hence the reason I got the dress. I have received several compliments on the dress. I bought a large and normally wear between a large and a medium or a 12-14 and this fit great. Again really comfortable perfect for my business casual work office.
