Review on Blaupunkt by Adam Mazie

Online shopping at Blaupunkt is hit or miss. Although their website is simple to use, their customer support is subpar. They answered my question about my purchase slowly and ineffectively. My delivery was shipped late and arrived in horrible shape, which was disappointing. The product itself was mediocre and without any distinguishing qualities. Overall, there are definitely important areas for improvement, even though Blaupunkt's online store has potential. To offer a better overall buying experience, they need to upgrade their customer service and shipping.
