A very good knife for the money.

Excellent knife for the money. As a sous chef and I use knives every day, I like this as an all-rounder for cooking. Nice weight and comfortable grip. Came very sharp and sharpens well. Keep your knife happy, never cut on a very hard surface. Use a good cutting board and sharpen as needed.
