This is the fourth reverse osmosis system I have installed. All previous units were Watts Premier and pure reverse osmosis with no remineralization. Having installed them before, I'm not the best judge if you're new to plumbing and hardware installation. However, I will say that this is by far the easiest so far where I have drilled a 1/2 inch hole in a granite countertop. We didn't use the supplied tap (SS matt). Instead, we opted for the brushed nickel APEC faucet. , accepted 1/4 inch pipe and was a better design for our kitchen. No problems installing. No tank, easy filter change, takes up less space under the sink. There are a few competing companies that make on-demand reverse osmosis systems, but this is the only one I've seen that returns minerals to the water. And it tastes GREAT! I checked the TDS coming out of the alkalizing filter and it says 19. Much better than our standard 67 tap water. I was able to place a mineral filter behind the main RO unit to save space, which was crucial for my wife. With this type of installation, be sure to leave enough 1/4" and 3/8" tubing to allow you to pull out the main unit and place it on the floor. This way you can easily reach the mineralization unit when it's time to swap it out. Frizzlife gives you lots of whistles, but be efficient. Depending on where it is installed and where your faucet is located, you may run out of water. I had a lot. The only issue causing the lag was the included drain saddle. All of our vertical pipes under the sink were thicker, so I had to buy an adjustable 1/4" drain saddle on eBay to fit the thicker pipes. I've attached a picture of the drain saddle I used. The cost was less than $10 with free shipping. . Frizzlife might consider adding an adjustable one if enough people have this issue. To be honest, all of the other Frizzlife reverse osmosis units I've installed come with 1.5" drain saddles. Highly recommended!
