Wrong size twice! in Tarps & Tie-Downs
The hole was 1/4 inch or 7mm (the narrow part of the funnel spool) and 3/8 rope or cord will not go through. I thought maybe they took the wrong batch but the second set was the same size too. Otherwise they are good and appear to be typical elastic cord hooks.
