Edit: 08/19/2021. The block still works perfectly. T-Mobile had a "Activate Tablets, Get One Free" promotion. I inserted the tablet's SIM card and we have internet when we need it. Before that I tried the prepaid Mint as well as AT&T. All 3 worked great. Despite this, I am very happy that I bought this device. So glad the truck has an Android Auto. I am very happy with this radio. I bought it for several reasons: I liked the idea of a 10 inch screen, I wanted it to have Android Auto and Carplay (wireless/wired didn't matter), it has the ability to add TPMS to the device, it works as a 4G LTE device and hotspot, it works with my existing backup camera and steering wheel controls. I had some minor issues with SWC when I installed it, but they were fixed with just two emails to support. Lancy was very responsive with clear, detailed instructions on how to resolve my issue. I can't say enough good things about their customer support. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a great Android headphone.
