Love this item

I have a 2011 Ford Taurus. This year there was a thin chrome plastic surround around the taillights. The chrome kept peeling off. The first time I came to Ford for repairs, but the only way out was to replace the taillights. Hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket. It was only a temporary solution. Cleaned again. I found this chrome pad and after cleaning the existing chrome I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol and applied it. It's been about a year and there are no signs of damage. It actually looks MUCH better than the original thin chrome finish if you ask me.
