Review on 🍕 Epicurean Pizza Cutter - Natural/Slate Series by Kristi Washington

I personally find this to be a much easier method of slicing pizza than a rotary knife - easier to both get even slices and clean. Haven't encountered a crust that it won't cut yet, though I've had a pan that didn't quite match the cutter. A pizza pan with a sharp vertical edge can interfere with the cut if it prevents you from swinging all the way to the edge of the pizza, but most pans have a beveled edge anyway, so that's a bit of a problem. The reason I'm deducting a star is because another user in the house can't get this thing to work and pretty much gave it up after getting burned on hot cheese/sauce while trying to slice a pizza, when his hand slipped. While I personally love this thing, it's clearly not for everyone.
