It shows that a CD with software/drivers was included. I didn't have any type of disc in the box. Ok I think I can download what I need. It wasn't easy to find out which software/drivers as you didn't have the specific software for that product. I called support, the woman was borderline rude in the sense that every time I started talking to explain something she started talking to me and I could barely say what I needed to say. First they sent me drivers for the webcam, not the microscope. webcam? Indeed? Then I was sent the TELESCOPE driver software and finally someone emailed me with a link to the associated software/drivers. It does not work on a new HD monitor, TV, or HP laptop that I bought specifically for use that costs $800. At that point, my final exams were over and I had to borrow a microscope. I don't mind either because I ordered it on time but USPS put my package in the wrong PO box so I didn't have access to it for almost a week when I was finally able to speak to the person who found out they have moved my mailbox numbers and gave them to someone else. Just a bad experience all round.
