360 degree rotation doesn't hold
The 360 degree pan function is not strong/firm enough, so the weight of the phone is too much for the pan function, and therefore the phone always sags when the view is down and is at Driving not visible. I couldn't figure out how to tighten the pivot ball/bearing to prevent this.
