Review on Custom Maintenance Software for Facilities Managers(CMS) by Simo Ramsey

The ease to use this software is great! I have been using it everyday since we launched our new facility last year (and had my first employee trained). It does exactly what you need - no additional features are needed as everything works perfectly with these modules alone. There's not much room in general when editing an entire building plan so if there were more options available out-of-the box maybe they could add other plans or buildings? Maybe even another module about elevators would be nice too but overall CMS has worked wonderfully thus far! We've used many different types of softwares throughout time which makes managing multiple projects easy as well because most things can just be copied from one project over into others without having duplicate work done each month/quarter etc.,etc. I like the ability to assign jobs to our service technicians and have them schedule their own days off in advance. The reporting side is too detailed but I could see how it would be overwhelming if you had a lot of people or equipment. It can be difficult to find things without scrolling through pages. We have had issues with keeping track of our field personnel and equipment. This software allows us to keep track of when people are scheduled and where they are working.
