The ability to see where my leads are in terms of lead scoring, which is very helpful for determining when it's time to upsell or cross sell vs waiting until they're ready to buy. It can be difficult at times keeping an eye out for new opportunities that may come along as you continue working with your current account(s). I'd recommend implementing this software if you have more than one person doing sales prospecting/lead generation efforts - otherwise there will likely be some overlap between people looking into different accounts (which could cause confusion about who should take ownership over what opportunity).
