I haven't really found anything bad about Supportfruit. It's been easy to use and they have been very helpful in answering my questions. If I had any problems, I could easily contact them through live chat and they would be able to assist me right away. I highly recommend this service! The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it takes longer than expected for support to respond to your questions. However, when I do reach out, they are quick to answer any questions I may have.
