Knowing that each ball will be unique and the product description describes it as 'fun and cool' I couldn't resist these great colors and bought three balls to see what I got. Although the weight of the yarn varied widely in the section of a skein (sometimes thick and thin depending on how the yarn was spun), the yarn was mostly very consistent, the weight being worst across all three skeins. The yarn can be twisted tightly in places, so I periodically unwind the thread a little to keep it from getting tangled as I knit. The colors are amazing - vibrant, vary in length and often change in surprising ways. It also becomes softer as it is worn: I had to stretch and knit the first few rows of the scarf, having chosen its width, and the texture of the yarn has taken on an almost mohair-like quality. I really enjoy working with this yarn and am very happy with the scarf I knitted with it!
