Finally a good one on my review.

This is the best valued Chinese cleaver I bought. I have tried 6 different Chinese cleaver. And this one is the best. Same vg10 stainless like other more expensive knife. The part I like the most is the handle. Most other knifes are very slippery. I use this every day.

Pros

I own 2 other Wallop knives. They are great knives, hold an edge well and are easy to sharpen.

Cons

May not fit comfortably in all hands

This cleaver is so sharp! Worked great for slicing vegetables and thawed meat.But is made from very brittle steel I dropped it from no higher then 8" from my counter top and a 1" section of the blade just snapped off and it''s pretty much shot now.
