I have just started using this product. But I can say that I like it so far. It's really tasteless, although I would mix it with something flavored. I like that it allows me to train longer. It gives me a kind of longevity that's hard to explain. All I can say is that it allows me to squeeze out a few heavy reps on most exercises that I would just give up on because I'm out of it. I saw the biggest benefit in my squats. As if the bigger the load of the workout, the better it works. That's my favorite part, it's not a stimulant that makes me jittery. I hardly feel anything until I press it.
