The fan itself is ok, it does the job and looks good. However, you can only control it with the remote control, and the remote control is junk. It stops working for minutes, hours, days. I have been trying to figure out how to replace the battery but it is designed in such a way that it is very difficult to open and open. This is incredibly frustrating because I have a fan and light that I can't use. I am trying to get warranty support but the company has limited hours and I have not been able to contact anyone.
