Review on 🔧 Hunter Fan Company 53294 Builder Elite 52in Matte Black Ceiling Fan for Indoor/Outdoor Use (No Light Fixture) by Jason Geyston

I ordered this for my patio about 3 years ago but decided to wait to write this review. I wanted to make sure I had a fan that could handle the weather, which can be extreme in northern Wisconsin summers and winters since my patio is open. I don't have an extension cord on this fan, just a standard 6-8 inch drop down. The ceiling in the patio is about 10-12 feet high. This fan can move "big" air! In August he creates a breeze. It can easily cool the four of us. I didn't install the remote but chose a cable that works great. The balance is very good and doesn't "sway" at all. It's very quiet, which is important, it's held up well in all conditions over the past few years.
