Don’t know if I can even return

I wanted to like this but it’s not working out on the looks end looks just like the picture and material is soft but on the wearing on my pit bull I got him is perfect size and when I first put it on it fit him perfectly but after the second use the sweater started getting bigger and bigger and now he can’t even wear it because It won’t let him walk right on how loose it became and he’s an old dog that does not do much activity.
And If I could I would return but being that my dog sheds so much and it’s full of hair. Sadly didn’t not like my product
