Review on 🌼 34.5x54 White LOTUS & WINDOWARE 2-Inch Faux Wood Blind by Katie Estabrook

I needed 2, had to buy 4 (and return 2) to finally get 2 that worked! The first batch of 2 blinds in 1 box were missing brackets so we were unable to install them. We couldn't find brackets for these blinds in local stores and Revain couldn't easily supply the mounting hardware. So Revain had me reorder the blinds and ship the incomplete product back (meaning I had to shell out another $50 for Revain AND pay the installer to come back a second time). The replacement shutters arrived with the equipment, but the shutters WILL NOT open or close after we installed them (broken rail)! So once again I had to return the faulty curtain and order a replacement + reschedule / pay my installer. Finally, after 4 orders/returns and an hour on the phone with Revain customer service, I received and installed 2 blinds that worked. HATE puts it mildly! In the end I'm happy with them and they look great in my bedroom.
