Customer support is excellent!

Via email to contact ISpring, Richard was patient and understood my inability to understand the simple (hindsight) instructions that came with the TDS meter. The key point is that the protective cap is an integral part of the meter. Don't be afraid to pull to separate it from the rest of the instrument. Once this first step is mastered, the balance of instructions becomes almost intuitive.
