I like the fact that it's a good size, the numbers are very easy to press although the ringing is too loud. I had to give up Toshiba so I could turn off the sound because the operation needed a scientist to figure out how to work, which is what most of them do these days. I just wanted a SIMPLE GOOD medium sized microwave and I got it. The sound is loud but I usually stop mine after about 2 seconds, take out coffee or food and then press reset. So only 2 calls instead of 4 . The door is a bit noisy and needs a little nudge, but I'm 89 and can do it, so believe me it's perfect for us who didn't grow up in "SMART" times where everything is too hard to use :-)
