No better than my cheap bunny ears with no power supply. Whether you have good digital TV reception or not depends on where you live. I get about half the channels I should be receiving. I have tried 4 different indoor antennas ranging from fancy complexes to cheap $10 antennas. The cheap ones worked just as well as anything else. Where I live I just can't get all the channels without putting something on the roof and in my experience living in different places all these antenna options don't usually work.
