Flash rust after 200 km.

Surface rusted after a short 200 mile ride. The streets were wet from the melting snow. Otherwise nice. Maybe the people giving those 5 stars aren't from New York? I will leave it as I have to pay the shop to remove it even a month after they welded it. Terrible. Photo of the wheel cover (real stainless steel) on my car for comparison. They've been on the rig for thousands of miles.
