Out of the box the wheel was fine except the RJ11 cable from the pedals to the main wheel housing did not snap into place. So the pedals worked until we got too excited and the cord slipped out of the socket. The steering wheel was fine for 6 months and then the steering wheel started to "recalibrate" uncontrollably when plugged into an Xbox One. I went back and forth with tech support and flashed the firmware and did something else but they found the touch was fried. I bought a balance bike last summer and gave it to myself for Christmas along with an elevator. So my son only used it for 6 months.
