I didn't really like the look of the stool at first, but the benefit far outweighed the aesthetics, so I put up with it :) Actually, I also really liked the look, it's a simple design with primary colors and stays very clean. It's fairly light, easy to handle and move. When folded, it becomes very thin, so it is very easy to store. You don't need to press hard to open it and then gently press the plastic step to lock it. Then gently pull the top plastic step to unlock the step so it can fold back easily and smoothly. Storage room. It holds my 250 lb husband very well. I really love this stool, I use it a lot and see that I've been using it for a long time.
