Pretty cool! for lighting and lighting accessories

My use: I fitted these lights to my 2014 Scion tC using a cigarette lighter converter. I removed the plastic cup holders in my car and the e-brake cover and routed all the wires through the center console with zip ties to make sure the wires didn't get tangled. I also used zip ties for the lights, just tied them to the wires under the seats and off we went. There are screws, but I rented them and it was easier to screw them on anyway. I used a 1 to 3 cigarette power converter and installed it under the dash where I plugged in the headlights and my radar detector. I used the included 3M adhesive pad to mount the control box next to my switch where it's not visible and the cables can be easily hidden. Pros: Installation was quick and easy. I installed the light and it was up and running within 30 minutes of opening the box. No tools are required unless you use the included screws to attach the LED strips. The cables are longer than necessary, especially the power cord for the control box. They aren't as bright as in the picture but I'm fine with that as it will be distracting and annoying. Depending on how you look at the lights, once set, you can essentially control the brightness. Cons: The sound mode doesn't impress me. When the music is too quiet, they only blink slowly, and once the bass starts blinking quickly. The music should be at medium volume and medium sensitivity so they feel responsive. I prefer to use it only as a permanent accent light.
