I like that it can be used to monitor multiple devices at once as well as being able to see what services they're using up or down by looking through each device's status page (which has its own benefits). It also allows you to create alerts when things go wrong so if something does break we know about it right away! There isn't much out there other than this one but maybe people don't realize how useful these type programs could really make their lives easier during an outage situation? Just knowing where everything stands helps us troubleshoot issues faster should anything happen again while working remotely from home/office etc..
