We’ve had great success with the service. Our main concern was having to install and configure our own database. However, we are extremely happy with how quickly they got us up and running and now we have full functionality. The technical support is excellent and fast response. The training material provided is thorough and complete. It has allowed us to get off the ground quicker than expected. They were very helpful when I first started trying to figure out what all this stuff meant. They answered my questions as best as possible until it became too confusing or something changed so then they helped again. I think if you ask them directly they will answer any question no matter how big or little.
