I ordered this bracket for my Revain Echo Dot as the original cable was so long it made the look and placement of my Echo Dot look a little messy. This compact mount is just amazing! I started using my Echo Dot again because of this mount. The mount comes with a very short cable to connect the point to the power supply. The blue square is the rubber grommet that keeps the power adapter firmly in place so it doesn't come loose when plugged into the wall. If you have an Echo Dot Gen 2 this is a must have!
