The best part is that most of our food safety standards are integrated within this system which was quite helpful for us while monitoring kitchen operations especially with regards to keeping track of employee hours (which also serves as employee payroll). They were great at supporting me during training but I have not received any support from them since then since they went private so it can only be bad. We've used all three platforms - Chef/Nupro vision has been easy to utilize because my team members understand how these program works better than other options such as Safe Solutions or eBiz systems which we had implemented previously. All employees who require access will receive an account setup automatically upon hire without requiring inputting information about each other manually. There isn't much one dislikes about it aside from being private now hence no more customer service after purchase but overall its working well for us even thought there could still use improvement as far integrating additional apps. I like that the software is very user friendly and easy to learn. It also has great customer service support. The software does not have any major flaws. I would recommend this software to anyone who needs a good food traceability solution. I am solving my problem of keeping track of inventory, tracking expiration dates and maintaining a clean database for our customers.
