The support team, especially our contact Daniela - who always responds promptly, is very helpful; they are available in English as well! I can not find any disadvantages at this time. We have been using Pod Camp for nearly three years now, so we do not know what other features there would be if we had used it longer. It works just like all good software should work (easy to set up, easy to maintain). Our customer service department has also benefited from some training courses offered by Pod Camp. So far, everything runs smoothly. The only thing which could make Pod Camp better is having more flexible payment options for customers. As we sell camping equipment directly through our websites, we need a system where people can easily pay us without going via their bank account. To date, no problems have arisen.
