Delta DNA has helped me understand my customer's buying behavior over time, which I can then use to make decisions about future product releases. The dashboard provides very detailed data that allows for easy analysis of changes in user behaviors or patterns across different audiences. It would be great if they could expand their API offerings beyond just Google Analytics (which we are using now). They have done an amazing job at providing us with insights into our customers' purchasing trends so far this year! We've been able to increase conversion rates by making small improvements here and there without having to change any code, simply because we know what works best for each audience segment. Our team uses it primarily as a tool for content creation - writing blog posts, creating email campaigns, etc., but also sometimes for A/B testing purposes when looking for ways to improve conversions. This helps ensure consistency throughout all channels.
