Works but ugly
When I took it out of the box, the gold rim on the sides was already falling off. When I took it out of the box, there was some gold left in the plastic where it was peeling off. This left the edges rough and uneven so I covered them with a clear gel top coat to keep them in place. If you use it as a tool, it's ok, but if you use it as a photo prop. and don't waste your time with it.
