Review on Bialetti Moka Induction: 4-Cup Red Espresso Pot for All Hobs by Jim Bijelic

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I may have to buy a second one

this poor pot has been running almost non-stop since it showed up at my door. It's easier to use, uses less coffee, and is faster than my $500 espresso machine and produces just as good, if not better, coffee. We have a milk frother that mixes really well. I got this particular version because we have a gas range as well as an induction side worktop (custom made) that is used for side work. this little pot is happy anyway. The only thing I would warn about is not to heat too much; it cooks fast. If that pressure valve is working, you should turn it down a bit, especially if it's whistling. probably the best morning ritual since college: cold pizza and warm beer :D
