In addition, the rubber could be made stronger and the wing could be designed so that the rubber between the wing panels could be replaced separately with minimal cost and without dismantling the door. Both customers and the environment would benefit from this. But no, the company just wants to cash in on the frequent replacement of an expensive entire valve. For this, Ideal Pet Products earned me a star and customer dissatisfaction.
