I expected a lot more from this product considering it's from 3M, but it didn't live up to my expectations. Genuine GMC emblems have thin grooves in the emblems front and back. With that in mind, I didn't use a nail to get into each of the thin grooves on my first try. I made my second attempt and the adhesion is still rubbish. The first time you send your truck through a car wash it will come off as I didn't have to try to tear the decal off at all. Not sure if this is a 3M product to be honest they are known for their excellent adhesive and this product doesn't live up to that.
