Not a pleasant purchase
It’s a cheap set with components that don’t fit most doors. Instead of all the drill and chiseling we chose to keep existing knobs. We asked for a refund but weren’t given enough time to do it. We were also offered a 30% refund in lieu of shipping back. Never saw refund (same with my other order) I had to cancel refund in this to try to update the request and not it doesn’t allow me to reach any way other than a public review. I’m happy to remove once you send me the 30% refund we’ve requested 3 times.
