Review on Park Tool AV 5 Spindle Inserts by Boss Spangler

I've tried several magnetic soft clamps and other hub end cap removal methods in a vise and none of them seemed to work as well or safe. The flat soft jaws don't grip as well and move if I clamp too tight or try to pull up to pop the end cap out. This tool stayed in place and held the end cap on all sides, making it much easier to pull straight up to remove. Like most Park Tool tools, they are expensive but work well. If you want to hold a wheel in a vise or remove end caps very easily, then this tool is for you.
