Good features: excellent temperature control, timer, convenience, recipe book, price Bad: slight inconveniences with the user interface I just received it yesterday and have already cooked a great meal with it This one Herb chicken and beats and it worked like a charm. I used the recipes from the book that came with it and they worked well with amazing results. The only thing that didn't interest me was the very slight lack of UI responsiveness, which prevented me from realizing that it was capable of both adjusting temperatures faster and changing temperatures on the fly. Overall a great machine, especially for the price.
