I did a lot of research at first because I was fed up with inefficient non-stick pans. I stopped there. It appeared and got corrupted. I bought a universal lid but the pot was dropped and warped to keep it from shrinking. Solution? Contacted Revain and they sent a second one straight away. I have a couple of weeks to return the first one before I'm billed. Pan? Definitely the best pan I've ever worked with. Heavy Duty (beyond all expectations). Distributes heat evenly. Hand wash takes less than 30 seconds (I think they recommend hand wash). The food immediately slips away. I cooked sausages. eggs. Leftover turkey sauce and toppings. This is the pan you want. The ONLY change I can make is to put the pan on the right and the smooth pan on the left. The rest is PHENOMENAL. You can trust this rating. I only spend time reviewing exceptional or bad purchases.
