Great customer service! I had high hopes for this water bag/bottle. Took it out on one mt bike ride inside of my riding backpack and some how it developed a hole. There was no puncture devise anywhere near the bottle as I keep all of my trail tools enclosed in a separate tool kit. I like the idea of the thing , it just doesn't hold up well. Literally lasted 2 days off the shelf! More to follow as I follow through with their customer service.So 2 weeks later and the product guarantee came through. Customer service was a breeze and product arrive within reasonable time. I would buy again from them just based on their responsiveness!
