EXPERIENCE: I contacted the company and told them a 20% discount on their display case which I was unable to click and use. They told me to just buy and return 20% afterwards. I bought the product, gave them the order number, but didn't hear from them for several days. I emailed them again regarding this and they apologized for not being able to reply immediately and also rectified the situation. This is 5 star service. BENEFITS: The design allows for a representative selection of USC sockets and connectors with easy desktop access. The newborn's grip is tighter than this clamp. It shakes slightly even when I unplug the USB cable. This can be remedied by putting double sided tape somewhere inside, but this reduces portability. I'm deducting 2 stars here because that was the original motivation for my purchase. Although this may not be a problem for others. Hopefully the 2.0 version can add more Newtons to the clamping force. Oh it would be possible to use additional protection in joules for this design.
