I originally bought these pans to bake Christmas bread for my friends. But then I used them for Thanksgiving side dishes and just threw them away. Much less dishes! They will be very good for Christmas Eve dinner! They are durable and hold everything I need. It makes clean up a lot easier, which I love because cleaning is one of my least favorite tasks after preparing a big meal. blah?!?! And since they're aluminum, they can be recycled... Another bonus! I had no problems with food sticking and was able to pop everything in the oven at once; which was surprisingly nice. I will buy them again when needed and always have them handy! Absolutely recommendable βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
