Fit fairly well and seemed to swell enough to provide a seal. After 100,000+ miles the old gasket was still quite pliable but I replaced it anyway. This one fit well and seemed to have a good seal. Didn't get stuck in the air intake as much as I had hoped and I had to push it in before tightening the bolts. I heard there is an orange seal. I think Toyota redesigned the part that might be more flexible than the black one. Maybe try next time in 5 years or so.
